About

I have a 4 bedroom old 1920's cottage, has air con split system in bedroom and main living room and pot belly stove.
One cat (Elvis) to look after, he spends majority of his time outside, and small fish pond , to feed the fish.
Garden should be fairly self maintained in winter.
In Belmont, couple of minutes from airport and DFO and 10 mins drive into the CBD. Public transport isn't that great in Belmont unfortunately. Can have the use of my car if need be.

Pets & farm animals

Elvis is a black cat, spends a lot of time outside, pretty much self independent and just needs his meals twice a day and a scratch/cuddle, though has sharpish claws. And a fish pond which is very low maintenance, if at all, just needs the fish to be fed every couple of days and maybe filter cleaned once.

House Tasks

Feed and attend to Elvis
Hand water garden (only if there is a sudden heatwave in August)
Feed the fish
collect mail
That's about it really.
