About

I live in a granny flat under the main house. It has its own private entrance and verandah that leads to my yard. It only has one bedroom with a king single bed and so I am only wanting a single person.
I have 2 dogs of medium size, my lab x is 14 and the young dog is a cattle x border collie x kelpie. The young dog needs to be walked at least once a day and he loves to play ball. The old dog might go for a short walk. They'll need feeding and the poop picked up. I also have pot plants that'll need watering sometimes.
It's only about 20 minutes from the beach from here on the glorious Sunshine Coast and 15 to Montville up on the range. Not to forget about Rick's Garage just up the road.
