Dear interested house sitters.

I love travelling! There is so much to be seen and explored....
I am looking for a house sitter from the 28th August to the 19th September 2025.
I am living in Vermont South, opposite the 'Morack Golf Course', with a great view down the greens....
My house is a 'homey' home, with everyone so far feeling very welcomed. I am a tidy, non-smoking, house-proud, garden loving person.
There are 2 available bedrooms (MBR with queen bed and new ensuite & 1
guest room with a double bed).
I have 2 cats (ginger ninja Oliver- 5 years & black cat Friday-4 years), an ever providing veggie patch and a large deck.
I am looking for a mature person/ couple, with a bit of love for gardening and hopefully a green thumb.
Someone who is wanting to look after my home and menagerie, as if it was their own.
The local shopping centre & tram is 1.6km away, Knox City about 4.5km. The closest bus stop is~800m, on Burwood Hwy/ Bunnings Vermont.
I have had several house sitters over the last years and think, that I have seen it all, so please note:
-My home and possessions are dear to me, I’d love you to treat everything with respect
-My car is not for use! It is not insured for other drivers...
-The cats are indoor at night (from about 5.30pm, after their dinner- otherwise they won't come home at night).
-I love my garden! It might require some watering and a possible mow. If you do see a weed, you are welcome to pull it out.
-Please do not have any parties, sleep overs etc.
-Please be at the house at night. My animals will make up with extra love.

Pets & farm animals

Ginger Ninja Oliver (5 years) and black cat Friday (4 years).<br />Both smoochy and love to climb onto ones lab. Feeding twice daily (dry in the morning and wet food at night). Emptying litter trays every 2 weeks and keeping trays clean.

House Tasks

please get mail, water the garden as per weather forecast (garden beds (veggies, fruit trees back and front), mow as needed, put bins out.<br />Enjoy the property and area!
