About

Located 30 minutes from Noosa in a peaceful rural setting on 70 acres our house was built 7 years ago. Two bedrooms are set up for sleeping and two are offices. We have four horses who need feeding rugging/ un-rugging and poo-picking up daily (will compensate for the poo-picking approx: 1/2 hour a day) and three indoor cuddly cats who are used to company most days who will need feeding twice daily. Ideally we would like two people to come together for safety reasons. House-sitters MUST be competent and confident with horses, who will test you if you are not....recent experience with horses is preferred. Not suitable for families or young children.

Pets & farm animals

4 horses who are in seperate paddocks. They are performance horses, intelligent and curious with new people. 3 cats: Harry, Willy and Beanie-who will probably want to snuggle up with you and are used to human company during the day and at night

House Tasks

They need feeding and water checked twice a day and the removal of horse poop once a day. Kitties need feeding morning and night- they are indoor only cats so kitty litter also needs cleaning out. Watering of pot plants if hot and no rain. Collection of mail and putting out garbage for Weds pickup.
