We have a 4 bedroom house with ensuite and a separate bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are kids with the spare room having a queen bed. Open space living, dining and kitchen. Large back yard as we are on a corner block. We have a flight of stairs that lead from the balcony to downstairs where the laundry and study are located (outside but attached to the house). Cars would be parked in the driveway and can fit 2 cars. We have a male cat called Jelly Bean, an inside cat who would need to be fed morning and night and the litterbox changed once a week. He also has a cat run that he can access that also has a litterbox, food and water. We also have a cat enclosure cage that he can be put in throughout the day but under supervision. We are close to the Garran and Hughes shops as well as the Canberra Hospital.
