Suburban wooden house - 3 bedroom but two of those are in use as study and sewing rooms. Gas central heating, hot water and cooking. Airconditioning in back room, portable aircon available for use in front (main) bedroom. Wi-fi Internet available if required. Two adult cats to look after. Carport will have one car space available. Public transport (bus) close by, with tram or train approximately 2 km away. Gardening optional but not a requirement. The house is a little cluttered but is comfortable. Edit: I forgot to say that we have not made the house child-friendly, unfortunately. There are a few things that are unsafe in young hands. Our travel dates may vary slightly from those posted, but not by more than a couple of days.

Pets & farm animals

Two adult cats generally easy to look after, with no medical issues. They are used to eating twice a day, but once a day would be OK. Kitty litter needs changing every few days. They are used to being let out for a few hours a day in the mornings, but this would not be a sitter requirement.

House Tasks

Collect mail and advise us of any bills while we are away (phone, email or text). Purchase any cat food or kitty litter as and when required - costs would be reimbursed or a float can be created in advance.
