A 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of Roselands. The house has a lovely garden with tall tress and two decking areas and an outside office. The house has ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a ducted ventilation system. The house is 10 minutes walk to Roselands shopping centre. A large mall with supermarkets and department stores. 10 mins from Roselands pool. The closest train station is Punchbowl which is 20 mins walk and there are buses close by up Canterbury Road. Train takes 30 minutes to Sydney city Riverwood wetlands reserve is 5 mins drive or 30 mins walk. Require someone to look after our cat; 2 years old. Requires minimal care ie feeding twice/day, water and cleaning out litter tray when necessary and feeding of fish once a day and cleaning out tank once a fortnight. Cat is an inside cat but can go outside on leash and supervision. You are welcome to have people visit but no parties and no very load music. Suit single person or couple. Water garden as required.

Pets & farm animals

We have one cat, Tessa. She can be playful, however, she also enjoys her own space.

House Tasks

Look after the cat (feed and water and clean out litter tray when needed). Mostly inside cat but can go outside in the garden with supervision and leash. Feed fish once a day and fresh water once a fortnight.
