Hi, We live in a 3 bedroom house with 3 pets...2 dogs (labradoodles - one miniature & one medium) and 1 cat. The house is fully air-conditioned, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large rear deck, where you can enjoy the afternoon breeze, with a servery to the kitchen. There is also a granny flat in our backyard, where my dad lives. He is legally blind, but can get around the house and yard unassisted. He will need assistance everyday to put his dinner in the microwave and heat it up for him. He may call occasionally if he is having trouble with something, but mostly sticks to himself. The dogs live in the house (even when we go out, we leave them inside with the air-con on and the tv on). The cat goes out for the day and comes back to be locked in at night. The laundry is located downstairs, and has a front load washing machine and a dryer combo. We only have a small yard front and back, and self-reliant gardens. The back yard is artificial turf. Only job in the yard is to clean up the dog poo! We live in very close proximity to shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy etc...walking distance if so inclined. We also have bus routes close by. Our street is a nice quiet street with great neighbours. We are central to 3 major shopping centers, and movie theaters, and a short 20 minutes drive to the CBD.
