This is a fabulous location in the heart of Moonee Ponds. Easy access to public transport and car parking. The streets are a hive of activity with plenty to do on foot, including shopping, Cafe's, Wine Bars, Restaurants, Cinema, Theatre, Live music and plenty more at your door step.

I live in a clean non smoking, 2 bedroom apartment, with a great balcony with a city view that will take your breath away. I am on the 5th floor, includes a lift in Moonee Ponds. 1 car secure undercover parking. Neighbours in the complex are friendly and polite. I have two indoor cats that are very independent yet love social interaction and 4 fish. I am going on a holiday for approx 8 days and would like a live in house sitter for this time to be home at nights, working away during the day is fine but at night time is required for feeding and company.
