About

We are a family of 5 who own three properties by the lake in Coomba Park and Forster. We are taking a year out with our kids to travel Australia and overseas. Key to being able to achieve this is renting 2 of the properties on a short term rental basis. Coomba Park is a peaceful lakeside community in the stunning Pacific Palms area. We are seeking expressions of interest from couples who may be interested in exchanging cleaning an maintenance of our properties for the ability to stay in our 3 bedroom cottage by the lake. It would suit capable and fastidious people with cleaning and large property maintenance. Experience with zero turn mowers, towing trailers etc is a necessity.

Pets & farm animals

We are taking our awesome groodle for the first 8 months of the year, up for discussion will be looking after him for four months.

House Tasks

Lawn mowing (large areas), cleaning, pool maintenance
