Hello, we will be away for around 3 and a half months early next year and are after someone to look after our home for us. We would prefer an active mature aged couple or single.
We don't have any pets and require the sitters not to as well.
Our house is a modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story house which has been extensively renovated inside and outside in recent years.
Eight Mile Plains is 16 kms (15 mins) south of the CBD with easy access to the city, Gold and Sunshine Coasts and Toowoomba.

The main thing is to keep the house and yard clean, tidy and secure. You'll need to mow the lawns and look after the pool, but generally it is fairly low maintenance.
