We have a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. Renovated kitchen/living area fully ducted air con plus ceiling fans are available in all living areas. Internal laundry provided. Wifi, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Paramount+, HBO, BritBox and Prime are free to use. Communal enclosed grassed BBQ area. Bus stop outside building with a ten-minute journey to CBD, a five-minute walk to Waterloo Metro Station, or an eight-minute walk to Redfern Train Station. The area is surrounded by restaurants and pubs, walking distance to Coles, Woolworths Metro, ALDI and Harris Farmer. The sitter is required to feed and give water to our elderly dogs, one small size shitshu crossed - Toby, he's 11yo. Toby is friendly, is deaf and slowly losing sight; require very little attention nowadays, sleep a lot. Pet toilet facilities in the balcony must be cleaned when necessary. Require daily walks with Toby, there are parks surrounding us. If you have a caravan, no-limit parking is nearby if space is available on Young Street. No party, no loud music due to closeby neighbours.

House Tasks

Feed the dog and provide water to the dog. Clean dog toilet facility in the balcony.
We usually walk our dogs everyday, once a day minimum if possible. They prefer a short loop and sniff around rather than going for a long walk.
Water the plants.
Vacuum and steam the floor if necessary.
Remove the rubbish to the bin room every Sunday, the council pickup on Monday morning.
