Our house is a low-set, 4 bedroom property with aircon (two bedroom aircons and 2 living rooms). Two bathrooms, 2 toilets. Kitchen - dishwasher etc. Laundry facilities and small front and back garden. Fully insulated covered back deck with fan and lighting. 9km from CBD. Close to public transport - 1km walk to train and 300m to buses and Woolworths, and the local shopping strip with a wide variety restaurants, cafes and take-aways.

Pets & farm animals

Our 5 year old Spoodle, Chester, will need caring for. He loves a morning walk in the local forest or down to the oval near us. We often just throw the ball for him in the arvo in backyard and have a play/run around in the backyard or short walk around the block or local playing field/park. He likes dogs that are calm and do not react, if they are aggressive or reactive, he will bark loudly at them. He does run away after bushturkeys and lizards and so we dont let him off the lead unless he can be trusted. He is cheeky and very affectionate, loves being close to his human companions.

House Tasks

Indoor plants that need watering, and a few in the garden too. Tidy up and keep house tidy.
