My unit is a 2 bedroom in Southport central, the tram is just around the corner, I am 10min tram ride to Surfers Paradise. The Broadwater is a short walk away, as are shopping centres etc.
There is a single garage (for which I will leave vacant for the sitters.) as parking on the street is difficult, due to the high density of the area.
