A lovely large 5 year old air conditioned Hamptons home 250 mts from the water. Low maintenance, 2 level (bedrooms upstairs but guest room & bathroom downstairs if stairs are an issue). I have 3 friendly indoor cats (Tonkinese) that require feeding twice a day and would like some of your attention each day.
