About

Our house is set in 80 acres, 10 minutes from Colac in Western Victoria.
The house has two bedrooms, wood fired heating and a warm sunny north facing living area - leading to deck and garden pool.
Colac (12km away) is a large regional centre with all amenities, facilities, services and shopping to provide all the requirements for modern day living including a train station with 3 trains to Melbourne/Warrnambool per day.
Geelong is 45 minutes away, while the Great Ocean Road, with all its attractions including the Otway Fly is 40-50 minutes travel. The area also boasts numerous foodie havens, wineries and breweries.
There are also wonderful rail trails and further mountain biking at the township of Forrest

Pets & farm animals

We have two elderly sausages dogs and a 2 year old whippet. They do not require walking as there is plenty of space for them.<br /><br />We have 8 horses that will need feeding and checking twice daily.(back up horsey person on hand if needed)<br /><br />There are a small mob of cows who just need to be observed.<br />
