Our property is located at Maudsland on the northern Gold Coast only a few minutes from the Oxenford M1 Freeway interchange giving easy access to Hope Island, theme parks, the Gold Coast or Brisbane. It comprises a large 4 BR air conditioned residence with an attached dual living which is occupied by my mother in law and her small dog. We have 2 boy dogs; a 5 yo cocker spaniel and a 3 yo Spoodle who are both extremely friendly, love walks, adore children and used to having someone at home. The property is on approximately 1 and half acres of well maintained lawns and gardens with swimming pool, heated spa, large shared covered entertaining deck with BBQ, smoker and fridges. Downstairs finds the Laundry, garages and rumpus room including gym and ultra violet Sauna. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including easy clean cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee maker, large ice maker fridge. We are looking for a family/couple who don't mind walking our eager boys, running the Ryobi battery ride-on mower over the lawn (very easy to operate, no grass catchers to empty) roughly every 10-14 days at that time of year (the whipper snipping can be foregone at that time of year) and can keep my wife's plants watered, most likely daily or every second day, depending on the plants(not an onerous task).
