Our property which was built in 2017 is located approximately 5oom from the Pavilion shopping center in Palm beach. We are approximately 600m from the beach. The house is 3 bed 2 bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is open plan with living ,dining, kitchen Plus laundry and DS toilet. Gated Carport with storage and separate undercover Carport. The property is fully furnished and is fully with pots, pans cutlery etc (therefore nothing required) We will organise a Gardner for the time we are away.
