We are looking for a house and pet sitter (two American Staffys) for the dates stated. We have a two storey house, all bed rooms, living areas, kitchen and bathroom are on the second floor you will only need to go downstairs to use the laundry. Kitchen is newly renovated with large oven, air fryer and induction cooktop. There's a biofuel fireplace in the lounge to keep you beautifully warm. Outside we have a pool, BBQ area and large back deck to relax with plenty of sunny spots to enjoy your morning cuppa in the winter sun. We will arrange for the front lawn to be mowed but would expect the back lawn to be mowed and dog business to be picked up at least once a week before bin day. Other than attending to checking on mail and putting bins out, being winter we do not anticipate any additional yard maintenance to be required. About our doggos - Chopper is a chilled older guy who is happy to sit back and have a belly rub every now and then, hates storms and will disappear under the deck when he wants time out. Daisy is our attention seeking excitable 5 yo, after 10mins of whirl wind excitement she just wants to follow you around and have a pat, play and swim (even in winter!). They get fed twice a day and bathed once a fortnight, no need to walk them just let them snuggle with you and follow you around and they are happy. Neither are on any medication other than monthly nexgard. We are 5 mins walk to supermarket, doctors, vet, restaurants and bus services. 10mins drive to train station and 15mins from major westfield shopping centres (chermside and north lakes) Please reach out if you have any questions.
