About

My unit is the back one of two units, and has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. I have a small well maintained garden area out front and out back. No gardening is necessary as it has its own watering system and a regular gardener. I have a garage, which, if I take my car, can be utilised by the sitter. It is a 7 minute walk to Highett station on the Frankston train line. City is approximately 40 minutes by train. It is a 5-6 minute walk to both Aldi & and Woolworths. And a 4-5 minute drive to Southland Shopping centre. It is an easy 6 minute drive to Hampton doggie off-lead beach or a 9 minute drive to Rickett's point doggie off-lead beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Close to Hampton, Sandringham, Cheltenham and Brighton facilities. I have two small dogs; a chihuahua cross terrier (12 yrs old) and a Fox terrier cross Jack Russell (9 yrs old). They are very gentle and even-tempered and love their walks and especially their treats. They sleep either on top of the bed or in their doggie beds beside my bed at night. During the day they just just love being wherever I am. I call them 'velcro' dogs. Generally they do not bark much except perhaps the possums at night occasionally.

They do not really play with other dogs. They prefer their own company and just sniffing around

House Tasks

Collect mail (if any); Take out bins if necessary; Keep house neat and tidy; clean bathroom used, before my return and vacuum floors before my return. Refill outside doggie water bowls every other day; Clean up doggie poop from out the back regularly.
