Hello, We have 3 mini Dachhounds who would love someone to come and stay. .We would like a couple if possible. There will be some mowing, watering and weeding. We have a ride on Mower.We run on tank water but have a bore pump to tank for watering gardens. Requires tank refill if doing watering We live on a rural block on the outskirts of Moonbi which is only 25mins from Tamworth which is a large centre Moonbi has a small grocery store, fuel, ,P.O. mechanic. Kootingal is 15mins away with IGA, Library, church ,mechanic, Bowling Club and Pub a hardware store .Chemist, P.O ,and cafe. There is plenty of caravan parking or room to live in house if required. Great bird watching and walking opportuities. Tamworth is 25mins away it has a large town centre with good shopping, theatre. and industrial area. We live on 100acre block which is on a no through road .All our neighbours also have 100acres so it is quiet here. BIRDS BIG AND TINY ABOUND. Our block is a lifestyle for us, no animals other than 3 small dogs to mind. We have a creek which runs when it rains but generally dry. Kangaroos, ,magpies kookaburras willywag tails, wrens and thrush pigions, echidna and lizards as well as feral deer and goats live with us. THE DOGS LOVE COMPANY TO SIT OUT ON VERANDAH with them and admire the view or kangaroos who may be feeding close by .We do not encourage the goats or deer as they get in the garden and eat the plants. As we dont have an actual fenced yard around the house Ollie and Marg require close monitoring when out for toileting. I take Ollie for a leash walk 2 times a day.
