Front and rear verandas overlooking beautiful tropical gardens. Safe neighborhood.
Occupied by 2 cats who have a large enclosure under the house with access to upstairs. Both boys are friendly but big boy is a deaf cat so taping on the wooden floor is a great way to get his attention.
Garden has a watering system but there are pots that would require weekly watering. Small lawn in the back yard requiring bi weekly mow and edge. This including the front footpath usually takes me 30-45 min with my little battery mower.
Super close to Brissy river
