A three bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in a quiet area with bushland surrounding. The house has a nice sized backyard, parks and walking tracks close by. The house has the master bedroom, and empty room with an inflatable air mattress, and a study with 2 desks. The second bathroom has a bathtub!

Pets & farm animals

Two gorgeous medium sized dogs, 4 and 7 years old. Typically I walk them once in the morning, taking them to the dog park to throw the ball for ~20 minutes and they're good for the rest of the day! I don't allow them on the couch or the bed, however they do usually sleep in the bedroom at night (though on occasion I put them outside overnight and they are okay).

House Tasks

I'm not too worried about house tasks, all I ask is that the house is kept as I left it, it doesn't need to be perfectly clean. The lawn may need a mow once during the time, but the yard is not perfect so it may not be needed. I do also ask that you please water my houseplants!
