Require house & dog sitting in Chelsea. Our dog Otis is a kelpie/blue heeler cross. He's still a bit of a pup at 17 months old so he likes 2 x (45 minute) walks or play sessions a day but overall, pretty low maintenance as we are retired. We live next to the beach & nearby (5-minute drive) is a huge park with lots of great trails & an off-leash area. He can occasionally go to doggie daycare during day if necessary. But would prefer someone or couple that study, WFH or are retired as he's used to people being home during the day & hasn't ever spent a more than 6 hours home alone.

The best part of our home location is that it is next to the beach, shops (Woolworths is literally around the corner), restaurants & great coffee shops & train station is less than 5-minute walk. It’s simply the best & easiest location – that’s why we love it! We have a 3-bedroom house & off-street parking. There is ducted heating & air con, WIFI, washer & dryer, Foxtel/Netflix.
