About

We live at Highfields a northern suberb of Toowoomba . Our home is a 5 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ( ensuite attached to our bedroom) ground level brick with f enclosed fire place ( we would supply wood for winter) & reverse cycle A/c in living area .Our garden is extensive & a beautiful spot to spend outside time. We live with 3 cats who are our family ( when others aren’t visiting !) One is older & spends much of her day outside & comes & goes but is in at night . The other 2 are mainly inside but love to be outside for exploring purposes & have their daily routine . 3 major supermarkets are within 10 min drive locally & it is 20 min drive into main Toowoomba city where multiple others are available along with all services required . Within a 5 min walk we have several coffee shops & a Brewery which also have specialty shops surrounding . There is a pool close by & gym for the energetic as well as many interesting walking tracks . Our main requirement would be care of our cats & some watering & garden maintenance of pot plants . The major garden would be low care in May/ June period .

Pets & farm animals

3 cats ( almost human at times ????) Wild bird s that are fed daily in back yard ( kookaburras, cockatoos, lorikeets, grass parrots, magpies, galahs, blue wrens, pigeons & others depending on season

House Tasks

Collect mail, water pot plants , minimal garden maintenance. Lawn mowing if able otherwise would be arranged ( compensation would be supplied if able ) - would be minimal in May/ June period with cooler weather ) . Week.y rubbish bins taken to front street of house & maintained in clean situation weekly .
