POLICE CLEARANCE AND DRIVERS LICENCE IS REQUIRED
We live in a small but comfortable villa, which is a short walk to buses to Fremantle and Perth city and a small shopping centre.
Gardening required would be to water the patio plants (everything else is on automatic reticulation), weeding and sweeping the back garden area . I do have a few houseplants which will also need the occasional watering.
As the available bedroom has 2 single beds, it may be more suitable for a single sitter rather than a couple unless you don't mind sleeping separately.

Pets
We have an indoor rag doll cat (Snow) which needs daily medication as she has severe allergies, and a very gentle Shetland sheepdog (Lexie). Lexie is walked daily (just once for 40 mins) and brushed at least once a week due to her long coat. Snow will also need to be combed on a daily basis. You would need to be able to tolerate cat and dog hair as they do moult either a little or a lot, dependent upon the time of year.
