We are in large rambling Queenslander house with many covered outdoor verandah areas, in an inner suburban green village about 12 mins drive from the city centre. There is a pool, gym & yoga space, sundeck and many well-appointed covered outdoor areas for lounging around. The house is walking distance to shops, cafes, cinema, restaurants, parks and on major bus and train routes. We have a large dog, a cat and cockateil.
Pets & farm animals
Young labrador, very friendly and loves human companionship, older chilled cat and one small bird. Feed animals, doggy walks.
House Tasks
Collect mail, mow lawn (about 70sq m, 15 mins), garden is minimum care, lock up/security.
Pool cleaner comes periodically, cleaners come weekly.
