Older style house in the leafy and desirable suburb of Campbell. The house has a good sized garden and there is open space for exercise and dog walking. Campbell is a convenient drive to the city and the lake and national monuments like the War Memorial and the national art galleries, library and museum.
The house has two double bedrooms.

Pets & farm animals

One 12 year old female kelpie - border collie cross.
She loves people and tolerates most but not every other dog.

Collect mail, mow grass and generally keep the place looking tidy.
