Tropical Oasis on the coast in Perth’s Northern Suburbs. Walk along the coast path or go to the beach, walk to local bar & IGA or to the beach for a coffee (300m to ocean). Must be patient and prepared to be around the property, small dog who loves company (Maltese Shihtzu) and 2 parrots (eclectus) who also like some attention (walk in aviary with fish pond so easy maintenance - just feed and change water). Tiled Swimming pool and green garden to water. Prefer mature retired couple wanting a break or short holiday to Perth.
