7 year old, 3br home in Torquay 2kms to beach needing housesitter. Included with the house is a 13 year old kelpie/border collie who will need daily walks and general constant love and affection. Easy low/no maintenance garden. Other than checking the mail and putting bins out, there will be little else to do other than enjoy being on the coast.
