I live in a 2 bedroom apartment right near the south melbourne market. 30second walk to the market & grocery stores. 10m walk to lake, 10m to ocean, 10m to city.

1 bedroom is storage, so really it's only 1 bedroom. It's spacious, comfortable, and a fantastic location overlooking the city. Big tv (too big), fancy coffee machine (never too fancy), and comfortable sofa. 2 cats. They're sweet. They'll wake you up at 7-8am for a play, but other than that they're darn near perfect.

It has a carspace if you need. Doesn't have cable TV but laptop is easy to plug in and has all the netflix, disney, etc. options via WebOS or playstation 5. Washer/dryer, etc. It's a not a fancy place, but it ain't cheap and the location is 2nd-to-none.

Pets & farm animals

2 cats. Brother & Sister. Both very different but both are very sweet.

House Tasks

None. Just love the little ones.
