Our home is located 100 metres from Curl Curl Beach in a peaceful, safe street with quiet neighbours. We are located close to two bus stops, with services to Manly, Dee Why & Chatswood, and a peak hour bus service to Sydney CBD. Around a 7-minute drive to Manly (and Manly Ferry) and Warringah Mall Shopping Complex and Hoyts Cinema.
We have two small dogs. Truffle, a 13 year-old Spoodle, and Lulu, a 7-year-old Pug. They are special members of our family who love company, we are looking for a kind house-sitter who loves dogs and has the time to spend with them. Truffle is mostly an indoor dog who sleeps inside and uses a dog flap, while Lulu is happy both inside and outside, where she enjoys sleeping on the front porch.
Your accommodation is a private, fully self-contained first-floor living space (accessible via one flight of stairs) with a separate entrance. This accommodation features an open-plan lounge/dining area, an ocean-facing balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), and a bathroom with a shower and separate bath. access to separate downstairs laundry. The home has unlimited NBN WiFi, and the smart TV is set up with Netflix; compatible with other streaming services if you have your own subscriptions.
Located in a beautiful suburb, the home is close to scenic walking trails around Curl Curl Lagoon and beachfront. There’s also a café by the beach, and Harbord Diggers RSL Club is within walking distance for dining and entertainment.
We will be leaving home to catch our flight at midday on Friday 4th March 2025.
Ideally we would prefer you to arrive anytime Thursday as you haves eparate accommodation.
We will be returning on Sunday evening 6th April 2025. Again, as you have separate accommodation, we can discus a longer stay if you wish.
As our home is a non-smoking environment, we require a non-smoking house-sitter.
