About

Our house is located in Nelligen (approximately 9km from Batemans Bay), just off Kings Highway, about 1.5 hours from the centre of Canberra. We are in a quite location, on about 1 acre with plenty of parking for caravan or motorhome, although it is recommended that a 4-wheel drive is attached to any large van. We are located next to the local hotel, with great meals and cold beer, about 5 minutes walk to the Clyde River, with great fishing, kayaking and boating. The pantry is fully stocked and the citrus trees are loaded with fruit.

Pets & farm animals

We have 1 Labrador & 1 cat (which is a typical cat & will only treat you as a servant). The dog is 7 years old, but still acts like a typical Lab puppy. Kuda (the dog) would love morning pats, an occasional bone (provided) and, possibly, a walk.

House Tasks

Simply treat our home & animals with respect. Relax & enjoy the facilities at hand. We also have a large number of chilli plants and seedlings (which we use to make sauce), they will require watering - mostly done by sprinklers, although some by hand.
