Our home is located in the suburb of Bicton, Perth. We are on a quiet street, with lovely neighbours (in a triplex - no shared walls). About a 7 minute drive to the beach, and walking distance to the river/foreshore.
We have a 3-bed, 1-bath, small lawn/garden area and a carport. Newly renovated kitchen, new carpets and paint.
We have a 1yr old shetland sheepdog that needs looking after (fed twice a day, and walked).
