Much loved home in Geelongs northern suburbs, 15 min walk to Melbourne/Warnambool train station, and to the parks and beach. You can park your car or caravan in off the street. Your vehical/van can parked behind a large Iocked side driveway gate. I have a long driveway opening out on to a large concrete area at the back door. The large open sunny north facing backyard is peaceful and pleasant to relax in. Minimal garden watering and garden upkeep is minor. I live in safe home owning neighbourhood. Wi-Fi internet is available.

I have one healthy 10 year old male black rescue cat.
Main tasks for you will be to feed and care for the cat. Then maintain good order, cleanliness and the security of the property. I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy couple or person, who are also excellent communicators.

One healthy male 10 year old black male rescue cat, called "Wee Jimmy". I keep him inside at night.

House Tasks

Tend to the kitty. Collect mail, water garden, put out rubbish, keep the place clean and tidy and secure. Local vet handy if needed. More clarity will be set out in our mutual understanding and agreement.
