Beautiful Coastal Home with tropical garden.

I am needing a single female who preferably works from home or just wants a relaxing holiday to care for my 2 small poodles. They require a 30 minute walk daily and lots of cuddles.

My home is 2 stories. Upstairs is where I live, downstairs is short term accommodation. While I'm away there will be guests downstairs. You will not be required to do any tasks for the guests. Their space is completely self contained and have no access to the upstairs area.

The indoor and outdoor pots will need watering and if no rain some of the garden and lawns will also need watering.

Sapphire Beach is only a 5 minute walk, Coles and Aldi at Moonee Marketplace is a 5 minute drive and Coffs Central is 15 minute drive.

Wake to the sound of birds and go to sleep with the sound of the sea.

Very calm and restful environment.
