Spacious modern free standing home with garden. 10-15 minutes walk to Auburn train station and Auburn village. 20 minute walk to Glenferrie Rd shops or Camberwell Junction. You won't need a car, but there is unrestricted on street parking if you have one.
Rufus is a 2 year old, 39kg desexed male Groodle. Very affectionate. Outside all day, but is brought inside to watch TV with us and then sleeps on his cushion on the living room floor. Morning and evening walks for about 30 mins each, and then fed after each walk.
He is house trained and knows not to go in bedrooms or sit on furniture.
Rufus can be left alone for 6 -7 hours, but he does like a bit of attention in the late afternoon when he wants his walk. He is quite strong so sitter needs to be robust!
House is low maintenance and garden watering all automated.

You will have the guest bedroom (double bed) with full ensuite.
Non smoking household.
