We are looking for house sitter to look after our property whilst we are away on holidays. Ideally the assignment would suit a retired couple or person/s who like a bit of space and seclusion. We are looking for reliable and responsible people who can provide references and be able to provide a police clearance.

The house is a large 3 x 2 country style cottage with verandas all the way around, sandstone and carpet floors, wireless broadband, cosy fire, reverse cycle air conditioners. Outside there is a swimming pool and a fairly large lawn area around the house and some garden to look after. The area is fully reticulated from a bore although there are some pot plants will need hand watering. The house is on 5 acres in a bushland setting and is very private. There is plenty of room to park a caravan.

We are about 10 minutes from Lakelands shopping centre and train station and 20 minutes from Mandurah and various beaches. We have very easy access to Kwinana Freeway and Perth is around 50 minutes by train from Mandurah. There are several top golf courses all within a 15 to 30 minute drive.

Apart from galahs, magpies, other wild birds and kangaroos there are no pets to look after.
