About

We have a 4 bedroom house with large garden, in a quiet neighbourhood, located one block from a beach which is great for dog walking. Walks around the nearby streets provide amazing views of the river Derwent and Mount Wellington (Kunanyi). The rear deck is great for entertaining, with views over to the Derwent River.
There are village style shops and public transport nearby. There is also a shopping complex less than 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk away.
We may be able to provide a car.

Pets & farm animals

Pets - 1 dog<br />Owlfee is a mature 7 yo German Shepherd x Staffy, who enjoys human company. He is calm, affectionate and dog friendly (mostly). He likes running on the beach, fetching sticks and pine cones, and swimming, and playing chase in the back garden.<br />We would love to find someone who can walk Owlfee regularly, as well as give him cuddles.

House Tasks

The other thing we ask is if you could collect any mail. Otherwise, enjoy a taste of Tasmania in comfortable surrounds.
