Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Cheltenham, Bayside.
Gorgeous big garden with high fences. 2 minute walk to local shops and 20 minute walk to Southland. Beaches are about 15 minute drive away (public transport leaves form the street close to the house). We have a female mini groodle too! She is under 2 years old and loves people and children.
We are heading to Sydney on a road trip and unfortunately don't have any family members locally that can assist us. Kind regards, Athena and Nick.

Pets & farm animals

House Tasks

Collect mail. Keep house clean. Vacuum and mop as required.
No need to mow lawn will do before we go.
We have big garden with dog flap so our pooch goes in and out the back as desires. Will need short walk daily. We have one fish too which needs one pinch food daily!
Possums poo over back deck most nights so will need to sweep back and front quickly every morning.
