Our family home is a 3 bedroom single fronted Victorian Terrace with a contemporary renovation. The renovation is incomplete however, the home is fully functional and the remaining works are cosmetic.
The location is a very short walk to shops and the train station/trams. Close to Melb CBD.
Parking in rear lane garage for small car only. Parking in the street with permit also available.
Features: Underfloor hydronic heating, security alarm, fireplace, ensuite bathroom.
We have a beautiful 9yr old female Samoyed dog who is super friendly and will need companionship while we are away. I work from home as an interior designer so she is accustomed to having someone around most of the time. She only requires short daily walks (a couple of blocks) and she has an automatic feeder which requires filling every couple of weeks. We will have her professionally groomed when we return so brushing/washing is not a big concern. A little brush every few days would be great.
We prefer a person(s) who isn’t working full time so she has company. A retired person/couple, student, or people working remotely or part-time would be ideal.
