About

Brick and tile home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, house is 26 years old and well maintained. We have a dog Charlie who is 17 years old but pretty good for his age he also loves other dogs. We have a cleaner who comes in every Friday for 2 hours so someone is required to be home. Gardner comes once a fortnight but if you wish to play in the garden go for it. Basicly we want someont to look after Charlie who is a sook he also lives in the house full time. We live in a very quite neighbour hood close to public transport, 2 minutes away, walking tails in a wetlands 5 minutes walk, Woolies with a great coffee shop 10 minute walk or 2 by car.

Pets & farm animals

Chatkie, Malt, Shitzoo, Poodle, 7 kg,s, lives inside 24/7.

House Tasks

Collect mail, cleaner every Friday for 2 hours but you need to be here, Lawns ,gardner fortnightly but if you wish to play go for it. Pool auto cleaner needs to come out once a week and cleaned recharged and put back in.
