Modern four bedroom house with two bathrooms and a crystal clear pool for the warmer months.
Our house is situated on five picturesque, pin drop quiet acres in the historic Wollombi Valley (part of the lower Hunter Valley). Many beautiful bushwalks, wineries, convict sites and aboriginal cave paintings to explore.
1 Hr drive from Wahroonga exit to M1 motorway. 40 mins to shops at Tuggerah and 45 mins to Hunter Valley wineries.
Our home abounds with a plethora of wildlife - roos, wombats, bandicoots, echidna, King parrots and eastern rosellas...and a pair of wedge tail eagles do a fly over quite regularly as well!

Pets & farm animals

We have two delightful Border Collies and 3 little parrots to care for.

House Tasks

Feed dogs once a day. Cuddle them lots! They love going for a walk also.<br />Feed and water birds once every 48 hrs<br />
