About

My home is a small unit but comfortable and with character. Two bedrooms, separate lounge dining area and kitchen. There is a garden in the front and paved courtyard at the back.
Mornington has a vibrant shopping centre, lots restaurants and Pubs. It is also the gateway to Mornington Peninsular with its wineries, beaches and many points of interest.
As it is a stay over a 3 month winter period I would like a contribution toward electricity expenses if heating is used extensively. I have solar panels.

Pets & farm animals

My dog, Ellie is an 18 months old puppy. (Jack Russell / Australian Fox Terrier). That is intelligent, very active but needs a firm hand and is still learning. Very entertaining. Needs walking regularly.
