My home is a low level apartment with a huge balcony and garden beds, 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Undercover parking (2.2m). 900 m to the closest dog friendly beach and 800m to town center. Have a 5 year old cat named Rudi, he is very independent and takes his time to get to know new people. He enjoys to "Free range". Also i have a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever named Orlaith who is healthy, active and very affectionate, Orlaith requires lots of patients, interaction and physical activity. She is very social and has good manners, but needs reminders occasionally when life is very exciting.
I am looking for a mature and responsible person or couple who enjoy the down time of apartment living but also enjoy morning and afternoon beach walks, who will interact with my pets lovingly and safely and respect my home.
