Corner block near the beach and near West Lakes shopping centre.
3 bedroom, 2 lounge, enclosed front and back yards with lawns and gardens, swimming pool and sauna. I have the pool serviced 4-6 weekly. I have automatic watering except for some pots that need a garden hose and one section to be turned on manually
I have a male 13 year old dacshund who loves a cuddle, needs feeding and some walks. He needs someone to sleep over and give him attention.
I would like someone to look after and enjoy my home and dog while Im away. Im also going away in October and March.
I have nearby family including grandkids who can help with Jake as he loves company, but cant sleep at night

If you like gardening and lawn mowing then great but I'll mow the lawns before I leave. It takes about 30-40 minutes and not required if it doesnt suit.
