We have a large double-storey light-filled renovated 1890's terrace house with big leafy garden in a quiet spacious street in North Fitzroy - an inner Melbourne suburb. Close to shops, parks, Merri Creek and public transport.
Two Burmese cats to care for, including one still an energetic youth. Set up as home office; and has separate studio workshop space. One double bedroom available for sitter. Prefer sitter who will be home quite a lot.... ie not working long hours, as the cats enjoy company. Require mail to be collected, minor home office admin tasks, sweeping of paved areas, and garden watering. Easy on street parking with visitor permit available.
We would like to meet a prospective sitter on site first. Non-smokers only please. For first time sitters we do draw up a house sitting agreement. We also provide detailed house sitting notes.

Pets & farm animals

Our two Burmese cats are Mocha and Murray. Mocha is now nine, and Murray is three years old. They love each other and both are very affectionate. The cats have access to a secure back garden during the day but must be locked inside at night.

House Tasks

Tasks - Garden watering, especially during hotter months. Sweeping of brick paving and paths. House sitters are welcome to do minor gardening if they wish, after discussion with us. <br />We appreciate regular updates via email whilst we are away.
