The house: Inner city three-level terrace with a skittish 5 year old black female de-sexed cat. Close to light rail, busses and short walk to Central Station and the new Wunderlich Lane precinct.
Main bedroom and the bathroom are on the same level.
Small exterior courtyard, that is green and private. Only potted-plants and a small garden bed to take care of. Garbage goes out every Tuesday night for Wednesday morning collection.
WiFi available.
Crown Street is close by for your shopping needs.

The Queen of the household is of course Sammie K Kitty. No health issues with her. She is a scared-cat. So, it may take some time for her to warm to you and not hiss. But she does not scratch or bite.
Sammie is very habitual. So the sitter would need to set up and take down her hammock daily. And ensure that her normal sleeping spaces are set up for her.
She has no particular dietary concerns. This cat loves food of any kind! We have an ample supply of all her favourites. Keeping her a healthy weight is part of the challenge, as she will beg for food quite often during the day.
She is microchipped, but does not wear a collar. She evenly splits a typical day both in the rear courtyard and inside the house.
Her veterinarian is conveniently located on Cleveland Street in Surry Hills, should a visit be needed for any reason. We will administer the regular flea and worming treatments before you arrive, so you won't have to do that.

A house-cat sitter that would send us the occasional picture of kitty to keep the worrying owner's minds at rest, would be perfect. We will be away for all of October this year.

If you manage to get on her good side, she will groom you and sit purring in your lap. Chin rubs are a particular favourite of hers.

We would prefer somebody that has owned or looked after a cat before.
