4 bedroom house, 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms, located 350m to Dromana beach and shops. Partway through minor cosmetic renovations. Lovely garden. 1 living area has a lot of kids toys in it. The area will be tidy.
Pets are 2x 11-month-old King Charles cavalier dogs, 1 budgie, many pond fish.

Pets & farm animals

Two 11 month old King Charles Cavalier puppies. Both are very friendly and sleep in the laundry. They mostly live outside or in the laundry. They need a jumper put on at night. They eat dry food in the morning and chicken and rice of an evening which would need to be cooked every few days. Don’t require regular walks and they are not great on the lead but still love to be walked. A few brushes over the time would be appreciated. All costs will be covered.<br />One budgie (rescued) who has minimal requirements, just seed, water and a bit of greens. It is elderly and has beak and feather disease so can’t mix with other birds but is happy enough. It can’t fly due to the disease but gets around the cage fine with its beak. <br />Lots of pond goldfish who need feeding once per day. No cleaning is required.

House Tasks

Bins get put out Tuesday evening.<br />Pick up dog poo every couple of days. <br />Mow lawn once a week to make poo pick up easier and to allow a nice place for dogs to play.
