25K from Benalla Township. 2 Acres, 3 Sheep, 1 goat and 4 cats and 40 odd Bantam chooks. Very rural area and only 5 houses in main street. This is farming land so sorry no shops here. Benalla is closest. Woolworths and Coles do home delivery for Grocery. If you want to stay a bit longer after I get back, that is fine with me. Wood fire, plus split system to keep you warm. Happy to leave some Petrol money.
